We are proud to announce that we have chosen Blogger as one of the targets for our upcoming syndication campaign. Our users have always granted us “an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said Content.” That content is whatever they post or upload. As the Terms of Use makes clear they alone are responsible for the accuracy of the content and are always responsible for the statements contained in the content, but they also give us distribution rights while agreeing that they remain solely responsible for the content of their works.
