Rochester, Minnesota Communicable Disease: Hicham Ounasser

Hicham Ounasser of Rochester, Minnesota and Hot Springs, South Dakota is infected with HPV and infected me. He is currently aware he has the virus I was HPV neg before I started dating Hicham in 2020. My next pap in 2021 came back HPV pos. Hicham had genital warts when I met him, but he told me they were there since birth. He now removes them with pills to hide his infection. He is still infectious and knows it! He refuses to use protection and instead instills trust in the people he uses for sex by lying to them about his sexual history. When I asked him, he stated he only had 5 sexual partners in his life and none for a year prior to me (two big lies). The truth I found out is that not only does he engage in deviant sexual behavior with both men and women, but I found out almost two years later that he has had so many sexual partners it is mind-numbing. Most are casual affairs that he rotates in and out while in relationships he claims he is committed to. He will use these women for sex on the side or to stroke his ego in other ways for as long as he can (some have been on his rotation list for years.) Since coming to the U.S., he travels for work, and in each town he is in, he makes sure he has his hook-ups and casual encounters (while lying and saying he is looking for a relationship.) He has had multiple affairs with each wife and even his girlfriends/fiancees he has never been faithful to. He even fucks around on his fucks. He leads multiple double lives. I caught him on May 8 soliciting sex with strangers (Male and Female) on Craigslist and saw that this behavior has been going on for at least a decade. He travels globally, as well, and solicits relationships while having casual sex on the side. HE IS A PLAYER of the worst kind. Please be aware he is infected, will not tell you, will prey on you to get what he wants, will use and cheat on you, and will never use protection.
