saint louis, Missouri Exposure Notification: Lindsay Peel

I use to date this girl, and she wanted me to go and get tested so i asked her to as well. We went to pick up our paperwork on seperate days. When we met up to show eachother the paperwork the back piece of paper was missing. I asked her about it and she acted like it didnt matter. The next day she brought me the paper and it said she was negative for everything. Until i looked closer and noticed that the paper was forged. She broke down crying and explained the whole situation. She should of been honest with me in the first place and maybe now i wouldnt have to be on the database myself or be afraid to get into a relationship with anyone.
