Tony Kingsby was arrested in Little Rock, Arkansas for raping a young boy and knowingly exposing the boy to the HIV virus. Prosecutor Larry Jegley called the case "extremely disturbing" and that "anybody who would sexually assault a child is dirty". #tonykingsby #hivandaids #littlerock #arkansas
