Prostitute Vonda Guyton was arrested in 2007 for recklessly exposing at least 20 people to AIDS in a Florida prostitution sting. An admitted whore and likely crack head Guyton admitted to police that she would exchange sex for money and drugs on a regular basis, but would not name names to help investigators and health official track down and notify her victims and get them tested. #vondaguyton #hivandaids #palmetto #florida
