Pamela Jane Stuckey of Hilltop near Youngstown, Ohio was arrested on felony prostitution charges after soliciting a cop for sex at W. Broad Street and Ogden Avenue without disclosing her HIV status. She later admitted that she tested positive back on September 24, 2004. Police say she has been arrested more than a half dozen times since 2002 working the corner of W. Broad Street and Sullivant Avenue in Hilltop. Police listed her address as 28 Warren Ave. #pamelajanestuckey #hivandaids #youngstown #ohio
