San Diego, California Health Alert: Jeff Vaughn

I knew this person for 3 years before having any intimate relations with him. I am not that kind of person to just jump in the sack with anyone, but because I thought I knew him well enough, one thing led to another and after about 2 or 3 months of sleeping together we decided to not use a condom. Had the whole are you sleeping with anyone else conversation and of course the answer was no. I certainly wasn't. Anyways, so sure enough two days later, I'm on my death bed and was for about 3 weeks. I called him to try to talk to him about it, didn't say what I was calling about. Simply said that I needed to speak to him about something very important and he texted me that he wasn't going to deal with any drama. So he ruined my life and then basically disregarded me. I am the most laid back person on the planet and he didn't have to decency or maturity to even discuss it with me. I'm actually not positive on his age. I could be off by one year.
