While free on bail on charges of raping a 15 year old boy Daniel James Rick of Minneapolis was arrested again. This time for having sex with several men without telling them that he is HIV positive. His latest behavior came to light when one of his victims named Robert O'Reilly decided to be a good samaritan and went public to warn others about what he is doing.
