Cobugh, Victoria Virus Carrier: Michael John Neal

In 2008 a jury convicted Michael John Neal of Cobugh, Australia on several counts of attempting to infect his former partners with HIV along with two rapes, reckless endangerment, and obtaining sex by fraud. This after at least one of his partners tested positive for the HIV telling the court that Neal was the only man he had “bare backed” with at the time of the test. Neal was also convicted of several separate counts of child pornography and engaging in “indecent” acts with a child under the age of 16.
