Michael Sartin of Marshfield Missouri was arrest on an outstanding warrant before he began spitting blood at officers while claiming to be HIV positive as well as making multiple death threats. The prosecutor says he might as well have been aiming a loaded gun at the officers. He now faces up to 15 years in prison. #michaelsartin #hivandaids #marshfield #missouri
