Matthew E. Atha, a 43-year-old HIV positive man from Springfield, is in Clark County Jail Friday after Springfield police say he raped a 12-year-old girl he knows. He was also charged with felonious assault. The girl told police that this has been going on for two years, most recently on April 9. #drmattheweatha #hivandaids #springfieldandxenia #ohio
