St. Paul, Minnesota Virus Carrier: Cary Kenneth Dorsey

Cary Kenneth Dorsey failed to use protection when he exposed an innocent St. Paul Police Canine Officer to his HIV infected blood. Fortunately for the officer, dogs are immune to the HIV virus that only infects primates. This did not prevent the arresting officer's owner from undergoing a regiment of anti-HIV drugs due to fear that he may have been exposed to the virus. This all could have been avoided if Mr. Dorsey had the forethought to wear proper body armor and arm himself accordingly to repel any resistance to his activity. #carykennethdorsey #hivandaids #stpaul #minnesota
