James Wallace Jones was convicted of two felonies on February 20, 1998 stemming from an incident that occurred on September 1, 1997. The most serious conviction was in violation of Michigan statute 750.520d Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree and his lesser offense was a violation of MLC 333.5210 Sexual Penetration as a Felony. His most serious conviction requires that the victim be not younger than 13 and not older than 16.
